Take pictures of the food & take notes. It's hard to remember because there is so much food, so you'll want to look back before you make decisions. Ask about portion sizes too & presentation.

I agree with what everyone said, take pictures, take notes, and definitely ask about portion sizes. during our tasting they told us, this steak is what we'll serve or theres gonna be 2 of those chicken breasts. also try to think about what your guests will enjoy most as well.

Enjoy and take pics and notes. I wrote down the stuff we both absolutely loved and the no’s. We still have one hors d’oeuvre we need but no second sampling. Lol.

So we had our tasting yesterday and it went great! We ended up choosing our whole menu then and there!

We're serving:

*Veggies, fruit, cheese and crackers, and a Mexican dip with tortilla chips as appetizers

*House salad w/ Italian dressing

*Rolls and butter

*Baked Ham

*Chicken Marsala

*Pasta with red sauce

*Cheesy Potatoes

*Glazed Carrots

Yes I take pictures. I also printed out the menu that they gave me and put ratings next to the item.
