Target Universal Registry

Stacey, on March 22, 2018 at 12:49 PM Posted in Planning 0 9

Okay so we have decided to do 2 registries at different price points, and we are keeping them small since we have lived together for a long time. The first is set up at Pottery Barn, but I am struggling with the second. I really wanted to register with Disney (LOVE some of their Parks products for the home) but they only do honeymoon registries Smiley atonished so I looked into sites I could add items from other stores to, like Zola. I liked the idea but was torn because I want at least one of our registries to allow guests to purchase in store (we don't have a lot of Pottery Barn stores near us). Today I stumbled upon Target's Universal Registry and I feel like I found the holy grail. Have any of you used Target's Universal Registry? I didn't even know this was a thing. Have I been living under a rock??? lol. Any experiences good or bad are welcome! Also, any suggestions for other stores that do this would be great, especially if they are a large retailer with lots of locations! TIA!

We used Amazon's Universal registry and it was great. I dont have any experience with their universal registry, but as far as target's regular registry, my sister used it and had lots of problems with them changing what they carried and returns.

Interesting, I didn't know Target did anything like that. We are using Amazon for our registry.

Me either! Glad I'm not the only one, I thought maybe this was common with retailers.

We have a lot of stuff already, but are using Williams Sonoma for great kitchen stuff. Hopefully, we'll get some cash and checks!
