Tape In Hair Extensions?

Lindsey, on March 19, 2017 at 8:19 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

Any ladies ever have tape in extensions? Pros/Cons? I have long, thin hair (so clip ins are too harsh on my hair) but I'm considering them for my wedding to give my hair more volume

Ive never heard of tape ins. But I did clip ins and they were great. My hair stylist teased my hair at the root really good which is where she clipped them.

You need to consult your wedding hairstylist in person for her to give you suggestions.

To me as a stylist I don't love them .. I find them extremely visible like awkwardly so ... definitely not for an updo and don't let your husband run his fingers through your hair later ! Lol

I love my tape ins. I have never had an issue with them been seen or problems with an updo.

The maintenance on them is expensive though. You have to pay to have them taken out, re-taped, installed. Plus the appointments to get them in and out again. They are pretty heavy too and take a bit to get used to. Also you need to make sure that you only use sulphate free shampoo.

I have had mine for a couple years and just get them out in when we have special occasions to go to or on holidays.

Try beaded extentions like ones from dream catchers. They're more expensive but very natural looking.

Are u planning to wear your hair up or down? If your hair is thin enough that clip ins are not ok I would never suggest using Any form of extension. ... they will always damage the hair upon removal to some extent regardless of what anyone says ... a clip in should do no more damage than a Bobbi pin if properly done by a professional

Dry volume blast by living proof is amazing and one of my favorite products for bridal parties adds texture and volume to any look

My hairstylist recommends them. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get them for the wedding. My hair is curly and breaks easily, so even though I've been growing it out, it still isn't quite where I want it to be to wear it down (or half-up) by July.

It is great hair extensions to use. Try to get hair extensions ideas form online sites like Bugatti Hair Imports. Hair extensions will make a change in look.
