I'm hoping to hire a caterer for my wedding to do a nacho/taco bar but I'm having a hard time finding one, anyone have any suggestion?

I had thought of that as well. Our venue normally doesn't offer fried ravioli has an appetizer, but that was something I really wanted so I asked and they were able to. So it never hurts to ask. Worst thing that happens is they say no.
