Tablecloth or plastic

It depends on how formal your wedding is and the type of tables you have. What's your venue and how many and what kind of tables do you have?

It's a vintage and rustic. And I have round tables and a couple rectangle ones.. But mostly of them are round ones

The only plastic table clothes ive seen are super crappy. Wrinkled, crunchy and just cheap looking. Not sure if they sell them better quality. Only seen them at backyard BBQ's and kids parties.

I wouldn’t do plastic. You can rent table clothes instead of buying.

You could do a few things:

-Buy large rolls of Kraft or white paper (similar to the ones on some restaurant tables or at a crab feast) and cut them neatly to size.

-See if you can rent tablecloths cheaply

-See if anyone on Facebook/bridal yard sales are reselling tablecloths that work for your sized tables

-Look on the internet for "linen-like" or thicker paper tablecloths

-Buy plastic tablecloths (no one will truly be bothered by them)

Please no plastic. Find the money for cloth - way nicer.

Check out linentablecloth.com and watch for sales. I got all of mine for barely more than the cost of plastic. I can resell after the wedding and probably make back most of my money. And everything will fit the formality I want for my wedding.

I would find it a bit odd to have special table runners and plastic tablecloths. I would be wondering why the host didn't put the money towards the tablecloths... I would try to find the money for some or return these.

I got mine there during the black friday sale are they were so inexpensive. It would have cost more to rent them here. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but they turned out beautifully.

Plastic under fabric looks strange no matter how casual the wedding. I’ve also seen cheap tablecloths on Amazon from China

We got 13 tablecloths (round to fit 72” tables which means that they are like huge.) for about $95 on amazon. Try on there. We just got white linen and we have very similar runners to yours.
