I found it best to use the guest list tool, entering each of your invited guests. From there the seating chart tool lists all of your confirmed guests. In the seating chart tool you can create, label, and arrange tables to your liking. All that's left is drag and drop guests.

The list keeps bringing up everyone on the list, then pending people. I just need everyone who rsvp’d to the reception not the wedding and that’s what it’s bringing up.

Hi Kayla! It looks like you have the seating chart enabled for your 'Wedding' event in the guest list instead of the 'Reception' event, which is why it is pulling in the 'Wedding' guests only. You can enable the 'Reception' seating chart by opening the guest list tool, clicking on the 'Reception' event tab towards the top and then clicking 'Settings'. On that page, mark the 'Create seating chart' option and save. Once you do that, you will be able to create a seating chart for that event!
