Table Numbers - rectangular tables?

SoontoBeMrsBatdorf, on August 23, 2016 at 10:21 AM Posted in Planning 0 3

So our venue has mostly rectangular tables with 12 round tables we can use. I was going to make the parents tables and the cake table round and the rest rectangular. I'm just wondering how to do the table numbers. If I sit two side by side pushed together in the middle, do I count both of those as one table or count them as separate tables? This seating chart is going to be the death of me I think haha

I'd call it one table. If it's going to be quite long, you might consider putting a table number at either end (the same number, but label the table twice).

I have all rectangle tables and for me they will all have their own number a slong as they are separated. I have bistro tables so if I put 4 together to seat 8, that is one table. I plan to have 10 put together for 20 and that will be 1 table too. I may need 2 table number signs (one for each end)

If they are pushed together then I would do one number. If they are super long then consider putting the same number on the table more than once.
