Can you try picture frames?

Have you tried IKEA's Tolsby frames?

I ordered these place card blocks from "minted" and they come in an oak color. They have some other stuff I believe. I ordered flat cards with these so that they wont blow away for my beach wedding.

I recommend using a picture holder stand. That is what I used. I had mine custom made on Etsy but you can get generic ones on Amazon. My table numbers were on heavy 5x7 card stock.

Yeah. I only have 22 people for a destination wedding. They are just a wood block with a slot cut in it. Maybe someone can help you make them? Try some of the crafts stores. In my area that's Michael's, hobby lobby, etc.. However,online might be your best option.
