Sweetheart Table

Hi, we are planning to have our own sweetheart table in between our bridal party. There will be 3 people on either side of us sitting at 6 ft. rectangular tables. These tables will be covered with an ivory linen. Would having a wooden sweetheart table in between the two head tables look tacky? The examples I’ve seen show the sweetheart table behind the head table at a taller height but we don’t have space in our venue for that.

Should we ditch the wooden table and just do a half moon or round with the same linen?

I don't think having a sweetheart table between other tables is tacky. I agree with Melle - the second option would be my pick Smiley smile

I think that would be fine. The whole point of a sweetheart table is for you and your new husband to sit together at your own private table. But your wedding party needs seats also, so the second option above looks perfect for that.

Hey there!! I think that both of your example pictures look great. Do you mean that you want a wooden table like the first image, but positioned like the second image?
