Sweetheart table or head table?

Springbride, on March 9, 2020 at 6:13 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 10
I can't decide, if we should have a sweetheart table and have that time to ourselves? or have a traditional head table with all of our friends? or head table plus our bridal partys significant others?

What did you do?Would you change it?What are you doing?

We are doing our sweetheart table for yourself. We wanted that.

We did a sweetheart table and I'm so glad we did because it gave us moments to ourselves and our bridal party was able to spend time with their SO's and friends.

Team sweetheart table! So great for a little bit of semi-alone time for the couple, plus I'm not a fan of separating the wedding party from their significant others during the reception.

I did a head table because we had to pay extra for sweetheart table aha I don’t regret it because I didn’t spend much time even at the table to begin with

We are doing a sweet heart table that way all of our wedding party can sit next to their plus ones. Some of the plus ones don't really know anyone else.

We are doing a head table. FH doesn’t like attention and a sweetheart table would make him too anxious.

We are doing a sweetheart table and putting our bridal party with their friends/family and significant others so they can enjoy themselves. I sat at a head table and didn’t like being separated from my FH during it, so we chose not to do a head table for that reason. Plus we like the intimate feel of a sweetheart table and being able to have a few moments to ourselves.

I would do either a sweet heart table or a king table (wedding party plus SOs). We choose a king table because we wanted to be with our wedding party, but I don't like the idea of leaving SO out. Most of the SO of our bridal party are either married or in serious relationships.

We did a sweetheart table. We wanted our bridal party to be able to sit with their plus ones and we wanted time to ourselves during dinner. I'm so glad we did this because after the dinner my husband and I ran into each other occasionally on the dance floor but for the most part we were being pulled in separate directions by our guests, lol.
