Sweat running down legs

Jessica, on February 12, 2017 at 10:47 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 10

I tried on my dress for alterations and was sweating like crazy. I am wearing boots for my wedding with socks. What do you recommend to put on my legs to help with the sweating?

Following. I purchased body glide (I think that's what it's called) to prevent chafing, but would love to hear any other ideas.

I put deodorant on my inner thighs every day to protect against chafing. Might be worth a try. I use the Dove Powder brand.

A stick antiperspirant will work great to prevent chafing and control sweating

Spray your legs with spray deodorant. I also wore Spanx that went down to my knees, that helped with my legs rubbing together and the chafing. As for the boots... I think that'd be too hot for me honestly. I was grateful for my shoes that weren't hot.

I always felt incredibly hot trying on my dress before the wedding but on the day of I didn't notice it at all. It was 95 degrees out on my wedding day.

Spanks down to you knees like @Mrs.D said is one of the best ideas. Maybe have a second pair handy incase you sweat through the first pair.

Monistat makes a chafing powder cream. It helps keep them dry . And won't irritate them

I use runners glide to prevent chafing. I also use it on my feet for anywhere shoes rub.
