Surprise for fh amongst wedding craziness

So FH and I are having a destination wedding which has come with it's own set of craziness and struggles. We didnt get to do a lot of traditional wedding things (i.e. cake testing) therefore we opted out of a cake in general and will be doing a DIY donut bar. But hes been stressed lately so I got the Best Man to get him out of the house this weekend and I will be making some mini wedding cakes for us to do our own "cake testing"
The menu will be as follows:

-Pink champagne cake with raspberry mousse and vanilla buttercream
-Apple spice cake with caramel buttercream and brown sugar mousse
-lemon cake with a hint of lime with sweet berry compote
-hazelnut almond cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, mocha buttercream and raspberry preserves.
-graham cracker flavored cake with chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallow filling and vanilla buttercream

Guys!!! I am so freaking excited to do this! I will post pictures this weekend. I just needed to let everyone know cause I'm so excited lol !
