Sunflowers in April

You can certainly use an out of season flower but be ready for them to be more money since they will be out of season and harder to obtain. There's no reason not to use them if you are willing to pay for them. Some flowers when they are out of season can be VERY expensive. I would speak to your florist and get a pricing idea for what they would cost.

If anything, I think they're more of a summer flower. There is nothing wrong with wanting sunflowers for your April wedding though. Do what makes you happy!

If that's what you want, use them. I've seen sunflowers available at the grocery florist in April and they aren't more expensive than any other time of year.

They are only really thought of as a fall flower because of the color. We have fields of sunflowers around here and they are all dead by the fall lol. They will be more expensive since April isn't their prime bloom time. If you love them go for it. I really wanted sunflowers for my first wedding but it was January and we had 2 weeks of notice and no one could find them for me so my mother in law at the time picked out a different bouquet

If you're willing to pay for it, you can get most flowers you want, whenever you want!

I love sunflowers too!! If you mix them with white flowers they will look very colorful and give your look some real color!!! Go for it, girl!
