Hello! My parents are hosting a Sunday brunch the morning after the wedding at the hotel where the wedding is taking place and everyone is staying how should we word this on our wedding website? Thank you!

If you're using WeddingWire for your website, you can add it as another event and include the time and location that way! If you need a headcount though, can you include another insert in your invitations or another line to your RSVP card?

You can make an announcement at the reception.

This is what we put on our wedding website: We will be hosting a farewell brunch, Sunday morning for all friends and family staying at the hotel.

We are also doing hotel welcome bags and were just going to print out notes for everyone about the brunch as well and put it in the bag. For our headcount, we are just assuming that everyone who booked a room will be eating brunch.
