Summer Wedding in Dallas

Our wedding is on July 30, 2016 at 6pm-10pm. Does it rain during that time here in Texas? I'm sure it'll be extremely hot.

It will be ridiculous hot and humid. If you are having it in July, I highly suggest having it indoors

Don't listen to Kristy, you'll be just fine. Just hand out some baby bottles of water before the ceremony and its all good! If your guests don't like it, they can suck it up. It's YOUR day, after all!

Well, it will likely be hot and humid, no denying that. You could do either or... just carefully consider dress choice if outdoors so you don't sweat like crazy throughout!

Oh, hang on! Let me get in my time machine and go see if it will be raining then.

    Are you from Texas?

If so, you should know that you can't predict Texas weather.

Do NOT do this to your guests. Take your wedding indoors.

Texas is hot. Dallas shouldn't be too humid, but yes, in July it will be at least 100 degrees. If you are outdoors it will be miserable for your guests, and you! Find an indoor venue or move it til fall. PS, fall in Tx is october-january.

Also, it is impossible to predict the rain, but no, most likely it will be dry and hot.

Last year I went to a wedding in Houston in July. it also started at 6 - and it was miserable (it was outdoors). Luckily, I was in the shade, but the bridal party was not. Even though it was 6, we were all still sweating and just sticky. The reception was also mostly outdoors (family and VIPS got to sit inside, the rest of us outside). People were leaving by 8:30 and 9 because those of us outside were just not happy.

Its going to be way too hot. Again theres no way to tell if its going to rain but you might have a heat stroke.... unless you go naked!

I live in Dallas and it rarely rains at that time of the year. We won't usually see rain again until September! Once the sun goes down, it'll feel nice outside. I think you'll be fine. But providing water is a good idea. If you just moved here, I'm sure the majority of your guests won't be use to the Texas heat.
