Summer Brides!

Summer is here! It’s been in the 90s here in Philly.. 😎😂 For all the summer brides working on their “bride bods” how is everyone doing!? Do you feel like you’re on track for your I Do’s? More importantly are you making healthy lifestyle changes you can maintain post wedding ??


Memorial Day Murph tomorrow - anyone else doing the #murphchallenge !

I started Jan 2019 with counting my kcals and doing a modified keto low carb eating plan using MFP (1300kcal, 100 nc, 115p, and 58f) . I work out 5x a week with HIIT Cardio Strength combos and 2x a week light exercise (walking or biking - now swimming! 😍). Part of my plan is also a 12/8 IF and drinking 1G of water a day.


Current stats : -23# and -5% BF
To meet my goal : -20# and -6.5% BF, wedding 8/23/19 💕

    Good for you!!! That's awesome progress!!

    I need to lose around 15 pounds right now. Ve already lost about 10, dont really weight myself too often, I've struggled in the past with becoming obsessed with the numbers. I've been trying to cut out sugar where I can, and our pool just opened at our apartment so I plan on swimming laps every day I can and walking more. I had back surgery 3 years ago so running and some weight exercises are out for me unfortunately. I know if I walk/swim everyday though I'll lose the weight. We recently had our shower and we received a bunch of awesome cookbooks, including one on making bread so I plan on making our own bread soon, and hitting the farmers markets for fresh fruits and veggies!
