Memorial Day Murph tomorrow - anyone else doing the #murphchallenge !
I started Jan 2019 with counting my kcals and doing a modified keto low carb eating plan using MFP (1300kcal, 100 nc, 115p, and 58f) . I work out 5x a week with HIIT Cardio Strength combos and 2x a week light exercise (walking or biking - now swimming! 😍). Part of my plan is also a 12/8 IF and drinking 1G of water a day.
Current stats : -23# and -5% BF
To meet my goal : -20# and -6.5% BF, wedding 8/23/19 💕
