How far in advance should my FH begin getting fitted for our wedding? Our wedding is July 2 of next year.

I would suggest 4 to 6 months out from your wedding date

Our wedding is June 2020 and we were told by our local Men's Tux store. To come in after it before holidays. Due to Proms and wedding season. So we'll be going in after New year's.
    No stress..

I’m getting married in June, I asked him to go in for a fitting by the new year. They say 4-6 months in all the books! I gave him that deadline since I know the groomsmen won’t go till he does haha

We picked everything out about 8 months (because I'm impatient and knew how busy the months leading up to November were going to be for us) in advance but everyone, including FH will submit their measurements 1 month ahead of time. For guys, you don't want to do it too early. Even 10 lbs can make a big difference, at least that's what we were told.
