Suit shopping

It depends on your and your partner's preferences.

I personally went with my now-husband suit shopping. We also had his brother, my dad and my cousin with us since we also needed to get them suits for the wedding.

I would say you and the best man. He can get your opinion. Also, if the groomsmen would like to go as well they could potentially look at ideas from themselves as well. I had a friend who recently married and the groomsmen and the groom all went shopping together.

His mom and I went with him, though they are renting. My dad also came so he could get fitted as well.

There's not any rules or superstitions tied to the groom's wedding attire, so basically anyone can go. I went with FH just to make sure that the colors were right, but he picked out the style he liked. It probably wouldn't hurt to have another male in the group tag along who is more in-the-know about male attire just to offer advice (I don't know the first thing about lapels, pocket squares, etc. lol). Usually places will take down the details, other people in the wedding needing suits can just go in on their own time to get fitted, and they'll order based on the group's info, but they could certainly go at the same time and knock out their fitting/ ordering.

This is totally up to you. We chose not to make the groomsmen rent suits/tuxes and instead told them they could just wear any black suit they already owned with a white shirt. Since they didn't need to be measured, I went with my husband to help him choose his suit.

My husband went with just his Best Man to pick out his suit and the BM's attire. I went with my husband to the fitting appointment after the suit had arrived and helped with all the accessories and deciding his shirt color.

My FH wants me to go with him but I always thought that that was something for him to do with his best man. We’re not requiring everyone to get the same suit. As long as they match colors, we don’t care. Thank you, everyone!

No I told him that his best man and other groomsmen need to be with him. But our daughter for some reasons wants to go with him I don't why but I told her to discuss with her father
