Suit Questions

Hi everyone,

Two questions about the groom and groomsmen's suits:

1) Do wedding suits usually have pocket squares?

2) If the suit has a pocket square, do the guys wear pocket squares AND boutonnieres, or does the boutonniere take the place of the pocket square?
