I think it will depend on how you wear your hair.

If it were me, I would wear it up. Since you don't like earnings that much, maybe just some pearl studs and a simple pearl necklace? I would do at least one of the two and then a bracelet on the right wrist.

A nice hair piece always looks good ! I always believe in more minimal for jewelry so simple necklaces and earrings.

It fiends on how you’re wearing your hair. With an updo a simple pair of earrings would be very pretty. Less is more with a dress that has so much lace. It’s gorgeous by the way.
