Suggestions for 2 in 1 wedding dress

Does anybody know reputable designers where I can get a fitted dress AND a ball gown like overskirt? Similar to the dress I’ve linked but obviously I’d prefer it in white (also no embellishments). I haven’t been able to find a dress that has a poofy enough overskirt or fitted under dress that I liked from a trustworthy website (I’d also prefer to be able to try it on before purchasing). If it helps I’m in Colorado!
