Suggestion of vows for a shared child

We are not a blended family we just had our son before getting married. I can’t seem to find any inspo on creatively simple ways to include our two year old into our ceremony.
We are three Pees in a pod, and my soon to be husband is the perfect picture of a modern dad. We are 100% 100% and cope with the world of a two year old with fairness and gratitude. Heeeellpppp

You could walk down the aisle with him and write vows for both fh and son. Your fh could write vows for both you and son.

Love this ❤️ Perhaps your son could participate with a unity candle lighting or you could incorporate into the vows about continuing to build your family together. Another thought is for your son to hold both your hands while you recite your vows.

We're including our 2 sons who will be 10 & 2 during the ceremony. Our elder son is walking me down the aisle, we're doing a unity candle ceremony with them both, having a Family First Dance instead of parent dances and our 2 year old will be carrying a sign that says "Daddy, Wait Until You See Mommy" with our MOH down the aisle. We also included them both in our words from our officiant. I love involving the little ones

My husband and my 2 year old walked down the aisle holding a sign that said "daddy here comes mommy". It was the cutest thing ever ❤️

My fiance and I are a blended family I have 7 kids from my previous relationship and together my fiance and I have a 10 month old will be 2 by the time we get married. We are saying vows to the kids this is what were planning on saying,
We promise to love and provide for you as well as make everyday of your childhood be the best that it can be

Similar to what others have said, our 4 year old daughter will be one of 2 flower girls; I am also giving her a special gift (like a locket) before the wedding to let her know how much she means to us. Our 2 year old son will walk alongside the ring bearer holding a sign that reads, "Daddy, here comes our girl". They will both be participating in a unity painting. We will have a canvas, easel, and 4 small glass jars filled with different colored paint. The canvas is going to have a vinyl cross or initial that we can peel off to reveal after the paint has been poured on the canvas.
