I started with a month of just eating meat, fruits, and vegetables. I also made a goal to work out at least 4 days a week. Also cut back on portions! I have found carbs are my love but enemy lol. I now eat what I want, but everything in moderation. I prep my lunches for work and cook dinner at home most of the time to eat better and to save money.
Just wanted to share my experience and success for those that are just starting out! Plus having over a two year engagement has given me the opportunity to feel good about going to look for a dress now!
