My fiance and I are writing a love letter to each other and reading it aloud during the ceremony. We didn't want to do the traditional or worn out unity stuff either.

We are also doing a glass unity ceremony with us and our kids. Google Unity in Glass.
We choose the colors we want, they send us the glass shards, we combine them at the ceremony and then send the mixture back to the company. They then make a sculpture out of our mixture and send it to us.
