I think you are looking for something like this: which could be done by tying to chairs or on the hooks you showed. Another idea (second pic) is to use those “solar base lights” that stick into the ground. I went to an outdoor wedding where they used rope lights to illuminate the driveway and some walkways which was a nice touch especially at the end when it was dark - this might be something to look into as well

You could also coil the lights in large lantern holders for a pretty look! ✨
