Anyone else having vivid nightmares about their wedding attire? I've had several. In One dream my dress was delivered to my home but it was the not the right color or material and then I realize that it wasnt the dress i said yes to in the store. Another dream it was too big and then too small and it wouldn't zipper up on the day of the wedding.
I think all my stress dreams stem from the fact that my wedding dress is backless, im worried that i wont find the proper undergarments or shape wear to hide all my flaws. Im starting to have serious doubts if I chose the right dress for me. Any recommendations for websites/stores where i can find such a thing?? I've done a search for backless undergarments but haven't found anything with good reviews. Help!!

I did not have any dreams out my dress, but I did have nightmares about our wedding bands! Most dreams had us standing at the alter and realizing we never purchased wedding bands! I would wake up so stressed out lol.
As far as undergarments', did you ask your bridal consultant when trying on your dress what she/he suggested? If not, I would start there.

I cant help with the undergarments, but I've DEFINITELY had stress dreams about my dress! I'm getting it custom made, and even though I sent a ton of reference photos I'm so worried it won't be what I want! It feels like such a big risk. I have dreams all the time that I get the dress delivered and it looks cheap and awful, or is totally the wrong size, etc... fingers crossed it comes out perfectly!

Yes! I asked her and she said to wear NOTHING! I thought she was kidding but she was very serious. At the time i was so in love with the dress that i thoughts, whatever ill figure it out. And now im panicking. 😒

I did not wear any undergarments under my dress besides a nude colored thong. I had my seamstress sew cups in and it worked perfectly. My dress had an open back, so a bra was not an option for me. Talk to your seamstress about cups. I promise, it is actually really nice not have a bunch of undergarments under your dress!

I would get cups sewn into your dress if it’s backless! That’s what I did for mine and it gives you a bit of a lift as well and fills out the front of your dress!

Yes! I have dreams like this many nights. Aside from the dress, I also had a dream where my fiancé and I didn’t realize the time and we were an hour late for the ceremony and we were still at our house scrambling to get ready LOL. I was like we were supposed to be at the Inn getting ready hours ago! Lol

I’m having a lot of dress stress. I also have a backless gown and am trying to figure out if the cups are enough. They certainly fill out the dress, but I almost never go braless, so I’m worried I’ll be self conscious all night! Plus my dress came in and the hips are tight... I have about 6 months to lose weight to fit into it better, but I’m stressing about it!! My nightmares consist of me splitting the back when sitting down for dinner. 🙈

Ugh, I had so much dress stress!!! I always had dreams about what would happen if my dress was too big and slipped up at my wedding, in front of all my guests. I had another where my wedding dress wouldn't fit and I had to wear a bathing suit. Everyone laughed at me!
