okay I don’t want to get too personal here but... my body is breaking out in rashes and I’m wondering if it’s stress related from planning a wedding or anxiety? I’ll go to the Dr. next week but I’m wondering if anyone has had similar experiences? Like this year has SO not been my year with health 😞 I’m already $2k in debt with health things my insurance didn’t totally cover. I gained like 30lbs because of it, and now I’m having rashes! I had an IUD put in and I thought maybe that’s all from it, but that was three months ago....? Ugh! I can’t win! I’m just feeling like a chunky monkey with rashes and I’m getting married in September and want to look and feel my best but it seems so far out of reach today!

Sorry for the rant. I’m just discouraged and insecure. Here’s the rash, if anyone has had similar.

Lovely it’s relieving to know I’m not the only one. I’m dealing with this currently and dealt with something kinda similar last year around the same time/ over the summer. I think heat makes it worse. Also think showering makes it worst cause I showered last night and I see more today then I did last night but also cause I’m stressed trying to figure out what it is😭

I don't really know how much it helps, but I often just try 3% hydrogen peroxide on areas of my skin that are inflamed.
