Strapless, Backless Bra Suggestions for Busty Girls

I have a 34 DD chest, and my breasts aren’t very saggy but they hang more than I’d like them to on my wedding day. My dress has an open back so I need some sort of sticky bra. Does anyone with a similar chest situation have any recommendations on what works for them?

Honestly, depending on your dress, it may just be better to get cups sewn in. It may not be the cheapest option but a lot of the sticky bras don’t provide enough support for me and I am a 32D

I’m the same size as you and for the longest time I just assumed that stick on bras wouldn’t work for me but I was in a wedding last year where I had to wear a backless dress so I got the adhesive bra from target and I thought it was just as supportive and wayyyy more comfortable than a strapless bra! I wear it now just as a strapless bra. It still doesn’t give a ton of support but if you stick the cups closer to your armpits, when you pull them together to clip in the middle it gives a decent amount of support! I’ll attach a picture of what I got

I agree with pp.... This was the most challenging part of daughter's dress fittings/alterations. She's a tall, thin 36DD -- all she wanted was a little bit of "lift," but did NOT want excessive cleavage where she ended up looking like the St. Pauli Girl logo. Her dress had straps, but a very low back, so we couldn't find any conventional bra or bustier that worked. We must have bought and tried 10 different "sticky bra" type options and not one did what she wanted/needed. It ended up requiring about $250 in alterations just to the bodice of her dress (on a dress that seemingly "fit perfect"...; and we paid more for the bustle, etc.). Her dress came with a lot of built in structure (e.g., cups & stays between the fabric layers as part of the design...), but the alterations person had to take the dress in so it was super tight on her ribcage and add an additional set of push-up cup pads (it took a while to get them placed correctly so they lifted her up but didn't smoosh her breasts into the center resulting in too much cleavage). It took waaaaay more time, money & effort than we expected, but ultimately, she looked great. It's funny because she told me recently told me that two or three of her girl friends actually commented that her "boobs looked great" at the wedding.... So bizarre.... Smiley winking Good luck!

I wear the same size and I just picked up 2 at Victoria Secret's yesterday. I was surprised at how good they were. The last time I tried a strapless bra was maybe 10 years ago and they were awful. But the ones I tried on yesterday actually stayed up, supported the girls and made them look good. I was really surprised.

The two I tried on are:
    Sexy Illusions Push-up
    Very Sexy Strapless

I tried on a bunch and tried them all in a few different sizes. I ended up going up a band size so that I don't get that bra bulge. My dress is structured enough that it will keep it all in, I just wanted more cleavage, haha!

My dress had cups sewn in as well, but I didn't feel like I was getting the support I wanted and I felt a bit naked without a bra.

I'm also a 34DD and I'm wearing sticky cups that I got from my seamstress (she owns a bridal shop strictly for alterations and lingerie). They're extremely sticky and have wire in the bottom so they hold me up really well. They also have a clip on the inside of each cup so you can clip them together for more cleavage or leave them unclipped for a little less. They're surprisingly really supportive and make my chest look awesome in the dress.

Following. I have a lace back with cups sewn in, but I don't think they'll really do the trick... will probably alter the cups a bit and add a sticky bra. It's good to see that some people have found brands that actually work!

This is wacky, but looks like it may work.

I would love to do that but I’m allergic to latex and most adhesives in tape 😩
