Still haven't received wedding video. Advice? (update)

if you’re having the same problem and it was put into your contract that they would provide the video within a certain time frame, I would email them and request a refund and mention they have broken the terms of the contract that was agreed upon. I’m sorry you have to deal with that, hopefully you can get it resolved.

We are going on six months since our wedding and have not gotten ours. We get no response when we ask when we might have it. Email and text, tried Facebook post, nothing. Others who have gotten married after us have theirs, I can see that by their reviews. We live out of state too so we can't just show up at his office. It's getting really hard to be nice.

We're at 16 months and still waiting for our video. We've filed a complaint with the BBB and now the videographer won't even talk to us. Not sure what recourse we have at this point. We don't live in the same state so that makes this extra hard.

Any news on your video?!

Any updates?? Did you finally receive your video? It's been 2 months since my wedding and my Videographer is giving us attitude and I'm beginning to get worried
