Stella York dress?

I have a Stella york dress $1,500 before taxes. In the picture I was a size 8 in jeans and they ordered me a 12. I was told dresses run small. I have since then lost more weight and need to get more of my dress taken In then the pandemic hit so my wedding got postponed. But I love the fit of my dress it is very comfortable not heavy at all.

I tried on a few Stella York dresses and the ones i tried on looked like low quality and the lace was soooooo itchy. However, i had tried on dresses double the prices before those so comparing the quality might have gone to my head. I ended up going with a Hayley paige dress because the quality was better and the dress was more comfortable. I only tried on lace styles so maybe some of their other dresses would be better. Fits beautifully when they pulled it back with the clips, but will know more when I get the one in my size (:
