Steak Knives needed for food?

We are serving Brisket and a bone-in rotisserie style chicken breast at our reception. I have purchased forks and butter knives. I’m thinking I should probably provide steak knives for these items. Thoughts?

Yeah, you probably should. You can't cut meat with a butter knife.
