Std's and invitations

At this point I would skip save the dates and send out invites about 10 weeks before.

Save the dates probably should have been sent out already. You’re a little over 4 months away from the wedding, and they’re normally sent out 6-8 months before so I’d just skip those and send invites a couple weeks earlier.

I agree with previous posters and would only add that if you had special plans for STDs, send them ASAP and/or maybe to out of town and VIP guests.

My wedding is 10/5/19 & STD’s went out the first week of April. They typically go out 6 months prior to the wedding. So you should probably skip those at this point with it being almost June. Invitations go out 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date.

My wedding is 9.29.19 and I sent STDs about 2 months ago. I’m sending invitations the first week of July. At this point I’d say skip the STD and send the invitations in early July.

With your wedding being in October and it already being mid May, I would just skip the save the dates. They probably should have gone out a little bit ago. I would just send the invites when you are about 10 weeks out.

My wedding is in October as well and the STDs were already sent. I agree with everyone else. Send invites earlier at 10 weeks.

95% of my guest are local. I was thinking about sending std's out next week and invitations in July.

My weddings in october and im sensing save the dates this week. The hotels around the venue wont block rooms since its a high volume season for the area so we needed to let people know to book hotels soon.

Our save the dates went out 10 months early, and our invites a little less than 3 months early. We had a lot of out of state guests, and needed our final guest count 1 month out, so we sent them early.
