State Park Vow Renewal

I have a friend who eloped at a national park, but did not have a reception so I'm not sure. Do they have a link for events on their website?

I don't have any experience with this, but I would assume that it really varies from park to park on what they do/don't allow in the park. If they do allow outside food/drinks for a reception, they may not allow alcohol, music, etc. I would just ask them directly!

We got engaged at a state park so that's where we wanted to have our engagement photos taken. Technically we needed a permit to have our photos taken there, but my husband's mom worked in the park for 19 years and she knows the lady in charge there and they let us take the photos without having the permit. That being said, I would guess you will definitely need a permit to host an event at a state park.

Thanks guys! The park did get back to me about the permit needed. Will have to call and ask about a reception though, as there was nothing specified in the information they sent me. Just hoping this will work because I am in love with the idea of this!
