It's getting so real now! I am a little under 4 months away from my big day and I have started to pay deposits for venue, DJ and photography, ordering decor and making my DIY projects! I have been planning for a year so it's so excited to see my vision come together!! I ordered my cake topper the other day to bring it to the baker at the end of the month and it just all so exciting. I have to do final alterations on my dress and then my outfit will be done too! It's just crazy that it's not a plan anymore, it's an actually event that is for sure happening! Anybody else feeling this way? You can finally physically see your wedding coming together?

Absolutely! I think it'll feel even more real once I mail out my invitations later this month. So exciting!

My DIY projects are done and I loved how they turned out. I just can't wait to see them in our decorated hall with the flowers and cake.

I'm loving this. I feel the same way! We've got our venue booked and it's almost all inclusive so that helps A LOT! We just have to prepare to get deposits ready for our photo/video and my dress! Super excited. As of right now, I'm getting our Save the Dates, invites, RSVPs, thank you cards, favor bags and our guestbook ready. I know I'm early on those so I'm not buying them JUST yet but just less things I have to worry about when the time comes. When we're ready for them, I can just buy them instead of having to freak about how I want them to look.

My welcome sign, my seating chart, all of the centerpieces, thank you letters, memorial sign, donut bar sign, signature cocktails sign, welcome bags for out of state guests, two kinds of favors, and for the cocktail hour I'm making crosswords and word searches. Wish me luck in these next four months!!

Now with all the rsvp's coming in it feels so much more real. I paid off all my share of the vendors except cake/cupcakes. Feeling good getting stuff done and paid off

I feel you here. It hasn't actually set in yet and I don't think it will until I'm actually in front of everyone and saying "I Do". But it's kind of hit me a couple of times that this is real. It's more like "Oh, my gosh. I'm planning a wedding", "I'm picking up my wedding dress.", "Oh lord, I just bought a wedding dress!" Things like that. It still doesn't feel real though
