Spray Tan???

I’m pretty sure I know what y’alls answer will be but I thought I would ask anyway. I have gone back and forth on getting a spray tan before my wedding (which is this Friday). But time got away from me and I never had a trial and have never even had a spray tan before. There is a place my hair and makeup artist recommended to me and I completely trust that they are great but it seems risky without having tested it first.


I am very fair and mainly wanted something very light just to even out the blotchiness and redness on my arms. But I still want to look like me. I have never self tanned or anything so my concern is that even a light tan would be to dark and I wouldn’t look like myself. I guess I just feel pressured (thanks internet!) to look perfect for the big day and people have always commented that I need some color or a “glow”.
So do I risk it? If not, anyone have product recommendations for just evening out the blotchiness on my arms that won’t transfer onto my dress?
