Spray Tan or Tanning Bed?

I would recommend a spray tan if you don't go tanning frequently, and just want something for the big day. Search your local tanning salons that offer spray tanning and make sure to read any reviews etc. so you know you're going to a great place! I'd also suggest doing a trial run with them a few months before your wedding so you can be sure you like the color etc.

I lean towards spray tans more because you don't have to put your skin through the ringer with UV rays and tanning bed lights. Just be sure that if you do a spray tan, to follow all of the instructions your salon gives you. You should also ask them for any tips or advice they have on what to do to prepare to get one done!
