MrsLaguna, on July 5, 2014 at 8:07 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 13

Hey ladies, I am going nuts over picking a hashtag for the wedding so it will be easier to find every ones photos. I want something that isn't so long so the guest wont struggle Let me see your so I can get an idea. So far I am between:

#juniorandgretel2015

#PerezLagunawedding

edited: Also how did you inform your guest about it? On the save the dates, invites, or at the reception?

Ours is #lastnamewedding15 on both instargram and wedpics! I have it on our wedding website and I think I'm going to do ISpy cards and print it on the bottom as well

Our is #krisandfradotietheknot across platforms! It's the same name as our wedding website, but I'm probably going to put up something at the reception on the tables.

Damn it, am I really that old? I have finally come across a piece of technology that I just cannot master. I'm dying to do this for the wedding, but I'm afraid all the guests will be as old as I am, and none of them will be able to figure it out either.

I have a sign that I made that says "if you instagram, please use #____________" which will be posted somewhere at the reception.

We had a sign at the entrance with guestbook that said "Instagram? #__________"

(it was #youngcreasy. don't know why I pretend I care if people know my internet public instagram hashtag!)

Our last names smooshed together makes "livingfuller" - I'll probably do that, or add NYE or 2014.

I just got informed how to use instagram the other day by my former coworkers. I will be doing #foxbirdwed.... the meaning behind it, fox is his last name ( soon to be mine too) and he always calls me bird, used to be quail bc I would wear bobby pins and when I took them out my hair flipped up like a quail, it stuck haha. I am making chalkboard signs 2-4x6 and 1-8x11 to put around the venue so that hopefully people will see and use it, we will see.
