Speeches... Anyone NOT having them?

So this is the second wedding for both FH and I. We are having a smaller wedding of around 60 with just family and close friends. I am shy and not really feeling having to get up in front of everyone to say a few words (hoping if needed my FH will!). I am stressing enough about speaking at the ceremony itself! Not sure how I did this the first time! In addition we are both having our children stand with us at the wedding as MOH and BM, both will be 14 at the time and neither will want to speak in front of everyone. Also, I get bored myself with long speeches at weddings when I am a guest and I don't want to bore everyone to tears. So is anyone NOT having any speeches at all? If no speeches, are you still having the DJ introduce you or your party?

No toasts or speeches for us either. Going to have the DJ introduce the wedding party though.

No speeches were made at my wedding and seriously no one missed them. I did have the DJ do a really quick intro as we walked in though.

We won't be but mostly because of limited time. A lot of stuff is being cut so we can drink and dance... being our second marriages too it's just not needed
ETA: our DJ will be introducing us though

Thanks everyone! At least I know I'm not alone. I don't think I'll do them and I know it will take some of the pressure off of the day. I will be more than happy not to have any more attention on me than need be, I guess after all it is my wedding day, so there will be some focus. LOL

We aren't having speeches either...I hate them personally. I would never want to be asked to do one, so I'm not sharing that awful burden with anyone else.

I don't know that we will either! I want to get to partying as soon as possible, and i already know how happy our friends and family are for us, I don't need a speech!

Not planning on speeches but im sure some of my family will grab the mic from the dj to share. Lol

This is the second (and last!) wedding for both FH and I, also. We will have about 20 guests though all of them will be traveling to the wedding. I plan on FH and I giving a short 'thank you' to everyone for coming. We're not having a bridal party, so it'll just be us!
