My dress had a low back as well, maybe not quite as low as this, but I just got cheapy tan ones from Target. I didn't wear the spanks to slim, I just needed something in between my legs so I didn't have any chafing during the day.

Wow, gorgeous dress. Agree with @Mrs. Fall Bride you do not need spanx! My dress is also low back and I have been googling "backless body shaper" with quite a few decent hits. There are many different out there, just depends on your preference and budget.

You can have your seamstress sew it right into your gown (removing straps of course)

If you want it for just a light tummy control and leg chaffing, I'd just get any kind of shape wear... spanx can be pricey if you're only getting it for this day... many good compression type shorts out there... kohls, target, macy's etc...

My dress has a low back as well. When I asked about Spanx, she said I couldn't because it would come up too high. IDK when your wedding is, but watch what you eat for the next few days and you'll be fine.

You do not need a spanx. There are the pads that go up your thighs that protect your skin from chaffing. I forget the name of them but you can get them where you get spanx.

I know Target has a lot of slip shorts. You might not find something with tummy control, but you can probably at least get something for the thigh rub.

For a low back dress like this, all you need is bust support. But stay away from sewn-in cups, boob tape or stick-on-bras (yes, everyone will recommend then mainly because they don't know of better alternatives) None of these will work, especially if you need lift and/ or support. It's just the nature of gravity ladies! You need something with shoulder straps to support your boobs.
