I originally was hoping to order from them but their customer service was terrible in my experience.

Then when I received them, the there were several missing. It was an easy mistake, the order card said 4-7 or whatever numbers bit they only sent the 4 and 7 not the 5 ot 6.
Messaged them to ask about the missing ones....was told they would ship them out free of charge immediately. 2 weeks...nothing. message again....took them several more days to get a message back. And I only feel I got that because I left a polite and negative comment about the service on their page which they deleted.

I did order from them as well. I placed my order back in October an I just received my bouquets at end of February. Took longer than they said it was going to, I had to FB message them a few times for a status update but they were always good with responding within a day or so. My bouquets are beautiful! And I am so excited for my maids to see theirs and that we all get to keep them forever! I do recommend ordering ASAP as it does take longer than they say.
