Anyone planning on having their wedding there soon or live there are you worried about this fire? My wedding is supposed to be there October 2nd and idk if I should cancel or postpone?

I sure hope the fire is over by October 2! I would talk to experts in the area and see what they think

We moved the wedding to a different location. We were in the Dixie fire and it’s been going on for a month and a half so I don’t see this one going out anytime soon with forest terrain being the way it is. It’s also 8 miles away from South Lake Tahoe. So it’s best to just move or reschedule.
