I'm not sure I understand this question.

Do I think having sex with someone I didn't marry means that sex in my marriage means less?

No. I think that's frankly ridiculous.

Do I think having experienced sexual assault or abuse would impact your sexual relationship wit your spouse?

Of course, and I would strongly recommend therapy - both individual and couple's, to address the issue.
