Sorting my guest list on WW

Hey everyone!!

I have a guest list question!

When I added individual guests to our guest list I selected which side they were on (Bride, groom, friend, etc.) Is there a way for me to filter my list by that?

I see an option where I can move my guests to List A, B, and C – but I would have to go through each guest and update their list.. no thank you lol!

In order to sort by anything in the guest list you need to log in from any actual computer and export the list as a spreadsheet. Choose custom spreadsheet to get the info you want to show up

Hi Meredith and Nick! You can definitely do a large batch edit!

Log in to the desktop version of WeddingWire and go to your Guest List:
- Select a specific event tab (like 'Reception')
- Here you can either click on 'Batch Edit' to immediately start editing, or you can click on the drop-down arrow next to the 'All' filter and filter by existing groups of guests (like Bride's Family), and then Batch Edit those guests
- Click 'Batch Edit' and select the guests you want to edit or move
- You can 'Edit List' (what guest list they are on or what group of people), or 'Edit Meal' to edit meal choices
