Sorority Brides! Divine 9 Only

I personally would avoid sorority traditions. All my guy friends were in the same fraternity, and a lot of them hate doing the frat traditions at their friends weddings and it makes them very uncomfortable.

Im an AKA and i think i will just have my DJ call all my sorors to the floor, play a stroll song or 2 and then we will do our wedding tradition and get back to the party

I’m an AKA and our chapter tradition is at one point in the night we sing the hymn, chapter song, and stroll to 1-2 songs. We do a group photo and that’s it. Generally though it’s ONLY if the bride wants it. Some Soror’s opt to only do one, some, or none of these. Do what makes you happy!!!


Oh and one wedding we stepped away (outside) and did the song and group photo. The wedding photographer captured it all but it didn’t disrupt the main party inside.

I'm not a member of the Divine 9 but my STBH is an Omega. I told him they normally do something, but wasn't sure what. Can anyone help me. I've been to a DST and AKA wedding but not many fraternities.
