Typically the priest or church music director gives a list of choices or you might ask to see/borrow a songbook from the church sanctuary

You will receive a booklet with all the items you need to choose in it. There will be 4+ choices for each item you need to pick
as far a processional and recessional, I did cannon in D for the bridal party, the bridal march for me, and wedding march for the recessional. Those don’t need to be church hymns. My church was even willing to let me use nonchurch music for this, but it would have had to been approved and appropriate.

Check with the Church you are using, they will provide you with their recommended list. Depending on the church, they may be very selective on what they will allow you to use.
