Song Suggestions for my fiance and his dad's girlfriend

My fiances mom passed away close to 20 years ago, his father has been with his girlfriend for over 10 years. They started dating when my fiance was in his late 20’s, they don’t have a mother/son relationship in anyway. My fiance said that he would like to do his mother-son dance with his dad’s gf, but I think more because he knows it will make her happy. Mostly, he cares about her because he knows her and his dad are together. I really have no idea what songs to suggest to him that they could dance to, everything I look up for mother-son dance is way too sentimental or just not fitting at all. Any suggestions??

Country wouldn't be the the first pick but at this point I'm open anything lol. Just listened to the song, I'll put it on my list of songs for him to choose from thank you for your suggestion!

Maybe your finance's dad's gf can come up with one. It's like a fun thing for her to do. He could said, " Hey, _____, I would really love to do the mother/ son dance with you. Can you help me find a song we could dance to?" She'll totally say yes, and if she doesn't, she's dancing to Tupac: Dear Mama.

It would be nice if she could think of a song herself, but unsure she even would even knows any American songs. She is Russian and doesn't speak English very well at all. I could only imagine the songs she would come up with lol.

While I'm sorry, I don't have any great suggestions, that's really sweet of your FH. Does he know what kind of music she listens to? Maybe a song by her favorite artist?

Thanks, Kristin, yeah he he a sweetie! Unfortunately, she doesn't listen to English/American music, only Russian music (where she is from). And while I wouldn't have a problem with a Russian song being played, my fiance wouldn't even know what the song is about lol.
