Song opinions for processional and father-daughter

Sweet Child sounds like a great song for father-daughter, especially if it is music you know he likes. And I don't know the version of the song you've mentioned, do you have a link for it?

I'm doing "Never Grow Up" by Taylor Swift for my father/daughter dance song.

Sweet Child of Mine would be great for the father-daughter dance! It's different from the usual Butterfly Kisses and personalized to your personalities.

I think GNR is a fun father daughter if that's your music liking and personalities! I don't know the other song.

I came down the aisle to Ellie Goulding "how long will I love you" but did the instrumental version only. First dance we were between "Dance with My Daughter" Jason Blaine and Landslide -Fleetwood Mac. Went with the Jason Blaine song since it talks about twirling her on the dance floor which is what we used to do when i was younger.

I think my father daughter song is probably one of the best ideas I've had for my wedding. I'm not close to my dad due to alcohol hut we are both music fanatics and I can't deny I get that from him. Before I recoginized there was an alcohol problem, when I was 4, my dad would always listen to music in big headohones plugged into a huge music system. At the time it was Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. They had a song on the album about Pooh. I was always afraid of my basement which is where the music and headphones were. I chose that song because of our love for music, and he would take me to the basement and sit in the recliner as I wore the headphones (held them on) and played the song on repeat. Its some of my favorite memories bc the alcohol didn't exist back then, at least in ways to harm our relationship. It will be a surprise to him and something special to both of us. I'm all for different songs for father daughter.
