    First Dance: "So Amazing" - Stevie Wonder & Beyonce's remake of Luther Vandross

    Family Dance (FH, myself and kids): Various artists but will start off with me dancing with my son and FH dancing with our daughter to "My Greatest Inspiration" - Teddy Pendergrass.

    Song Dedication to my Bio Mom/Adpted Mom: Mama's Song - Carrie Underwood

    Thats about it we are not having a traditional reception just a laid back but nice bbq with a small group of our most imprtant family and friends.

    I working on it, but another question...in regaurds to "song line up"

    My uncle called and stated he thinks we should play a slow song early on to get the "older" couples onto the dance floor then spice it up as the night goes on. he feels if you wait to slow things down at the end of the night its no good everyones already tired or fueled up.

    I agree but when should i do this slow song, my thought was after dinner, but def before cake cutting. however we may need to do another after cake cutting to re-get everyone back up dancing...what your takes?

    I'm doing my anniversary song (which is basically what you're describing) before the cake cutting. Smiley smile
