I'm already married and my something old was earrings that belonged to my husband's grandmother, new was my dress, borrowed was my mom's diamond tennis bracelet, and the socks I wore with my converses were blue. My something old was supposed to be a pin that I was going to attach to my bouquet, but the florist forgot it so my husband's sister gave me the earrings she was going to wear. I had them attached to the bouquet. I felt terrible because my husband's sister didn't have any earrings to wear since she gave them to me. After the wedding, my mother-in-law said she had a ring with her that she wore that belonged to her mom and she would've let me use that instead.
Old: Something from my Nana who passed several years ago, probably pinned to the inside of my dressBorrowed: More than likely jewelry from my mother or my friend said I could borrow her veil - she was married last year.New: Dress, Shoes and possibly a veilBlue: Deciding between a blue Garter, Anklet or stitching the date in blue on the inside of my wedding dress with the seamstress. A friend of mine did blue chucks.
For my something blue is the garter, something old is my grandmother's pearls she got for her high school graduation, which she wore on her wedding day as well, my something new is the dress that I had made in blush lace for me, and I am stuck on what will be my something borrowed still...

Hi! I’m not sure yet - my wedding is at the end of May, so I’ve got some time. For something borrowed, I might wear my mom’s pearl necklace that Dad brought back for her from Singapore.
