Hello ladies July 2021 bride! I have a question and would like y’alls answer. So I have 2 out of 4 somethings picked out. But I was wondering my aunt passed away when I was 9 years old and my great grandfather passed away in 2011. I was wondering could I Secure (sew) My aunts ring to the inside of my dress ( as my something barrowed). As my cousin will let me borrow it as it’s sentimental to us. And also have my alteration women sew a heart ( a piece of my great grandfathers shirt) somewhere on the inside of my dress as my something old. Help please blue- my garter
Something new- my Gown

You could attach the ring to your bouquet instead of inside your gown (sweat and metal and pokey things aren't good things!). I like the shirt idea if you have access to one of them and your grandmother doesn't mind!
